What to expect:
Each session you will meet one-on-one for 1 hour with your practitioner, in the comfort of your home, to review current status and ensure we are moving in the direction of your goals. You will always work with the same provider in order to maximize relationship and rapport. In addition, you will have access to your provider through email or via scheduled phone call or video call if questions arise.
Why go out of network:
In today’s changing healthcare climate, healthcare providers are increasingly limited in the interventions they are able to provide. As such, BLUE is unable to provide performance and preventative services under a traditional in-network model. In order to provide you with the best possible care to effectively guide your recovery and enhance performance, BLUE Performance is an out-of-network provider. BLUE does not take insurance. What this means is upon request, BLUE Performance can provide a Superbill which you can submit to your private insurance for reimbursement.
